Shipping Policies:
We ship within the Continental USA; additional charges apply for other locations. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout, so please double-check for accuracy, as we are not liable for incorrect addresses. Replacements due to address errors will incur full product replacement costs.
We cannot guarantee delivery times affected by postal or weather delays, and do not offer refunds or replacements for such delays. If the carrier declares your package lost, we will provide a refund or replacement via the original shipping method. Should tracking fail to update within 10 business days of shipment, we’ll assume it’s lost and send a replacement.
If marked "delivered" but not received, check with neighbors and around your property, allowing five additional business days for delivery. Shipping may also be delayed during national holidays.
Cancellations:
Cancellations are possible but please know that due to how quickly we process orders, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
Refunds & Returns:
We take pride in delivering quality products that are crafted with care. For this reason, we don’t accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases where we’ve made a mistake, such as a product defect or a personalization error. If your order arrives with any issues stemming from our end, please reach out to us within 14 days of product delivery so we can resolve it promptly. When will I get my product:
Please allow 3-6 business days for Bannvas to create your product and then we ship it. Shipping usually takes 3-6 business days.
