Shipping Policies:
We ship to the Continental USA. Other costs will be added if outside the Continental USA.
We ship to the address provided during checkout.
We are not responsible for orders that are shipped to the wrong address because of inaccurate information provided. If we need to reship your item to you, you will be responsible for full product replacement costs.
We are not liable for deliveries that are late due to postal shipping/weather delays.
We do not offer replacements or refunds for packages delayed by the shipper.
If your item is declared lost by the shipper, we will offer a refund or replacement sent via the original shipping method chosen at checkout.
If your item's tracking never updates after 10 business days of the item being marked "shipped". We will assume the package has been lost by the shipper and we will send a replacement item, shipped via the original method chosen at checkout.
If your item is marked as delivered but you haven't received it; first, please check with any neighbors. Check to see if the package is around your home outside, or by the front door. Please allow an additional 5 business days for the item to arrive. Items occasionally get marked as delivered but still get delivered at a later date.
Please be aware National Holidays (Christmas, Labor Day, etc.) may delay shipping times.
Cancellations:
Cancellations may be possible if your order has not shipped, but please know that due to how quickly we process orders, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
Refunds & Returns:
We accept returns that are not personalized within 30 days of when product was purchased. We will accept returns of personalized products if we misspelled a word that is different from the word spelling you provided at checkout. If you accidentally cut your sticky wrong we will not accept a return for it. Please No returns or store credits will be accepted after this timeline. Items must be returned in original packaging and unused. We suggest mailing back thru a shipper that will ensure that your item is properly tracked as we're not responsible for lost packages. Returns will be processed within 4-7 days after we receive the item.

When will I get my product:
Please allow 3-6 business days for Bannvas to create your product and then we ship it. Shipping usually takes 3-6 business days.
